The Clean Air Act, introduced in 1963, empowers the federal government to control air pollution. It has cleaned up the air we breathe, and controlled acid rain and ozone depletion. In 2007, the Bush Administration began using it to regulate U.S. emissions that contribute to climate change. What is the future of the Clean Air Act under the Trump Administration?
